Stacey Breaks is a Managing Director at StoneCastle Securities LLC (“SCS”) and a member of the firm’s Private Credit Trading team. She serves as Head of Quantitative Analytics and Development, where she leads the firm’s quantitative securities analysis and modeling efforts and oversees the development of the firm's proprietary pricing and analytics platform.

Ms. Breaks brings more than two decades of experience in structured credit, debt capital markets, and quantitative financial modeling. Prior to joining StoneCastle, she was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers in the Esoteric Credit Trading group, where she specialized in trading complex credit instruments including private placements, credit tenant leases, project finance and infrastructure notes, and structured aircraft, rail, and shipping securities. Earlier in her career, she worked in Debt Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Breaks holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
